Welcome

Unpack and relax, feel at home in this spacious fully-furnished serviced apartment right in the heart of Yarraville village and conveniently located within easy reach of parks, restaurants, cafes and public transport. You can easily reach here by car or public transport from the Melbourne city centre or the airport.

The house contains three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have generous built-in wardrobes. All towels and bedlinen are supplied and if you are staying for more than a week we offer a cleaning service which includes fresh towels and bedlinen. One or two portacots and high-chairs can also be provided for babies and small children.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge room are at the rear of the apartment, overlooking the sunny north-facing terrace, which features plenty of seating, a BBQ and access to a bar-fridge and sink just inside the door.

The Bedrooms

The house contains three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have generous built-in wardrobes. All bedlinen is supplied and if you are staying for more than a week we offer a cleaning service which includes fresh towels and bedlinen. One or two portacots can also be provided for babies and small children.

The first bedroom, which overlooks Anderson Street, contains a queen size bed.

The second bedroom contains two single beds.

The third bedroom contains a double bed.

The Bathroom

The light-filled bathroom contains a toilet, shower, handbasin and heat-lamp. Towels, toilet paper and hand-soap are all provided. There is also an additional toilet next door.

The Kitchen

The large kitchen is well equipped with all new cooking, serving and storage utensils, a gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You'll be able to self-cater and enjoy the fresh produce and local products available in the Yarraville village.

Dining

The dining room overlooks the terrace and contains a dining table and eight chairs. There is also an additional sink, cupboards and bar-fridge to service the dining room and terrace area.

The Upstairs Lounge

The comfortable lounge room is between the kitchen and dining areas. There are two sofas and two armchairs, as well as a television, a DVD/Bluray player and a stereo which includes an iPod dock. There is an air-conditioner for year-round comfort.

The Downstairs Lounge

The cosy downstairs lounge room offers an additional living area for larger groups of guests. There are two sofas and a sofa-bed, as well as a television and DVD/Bluray player.

Outside

The sunny north-facing terrace has an inner-city urban feel, containing plenty of outdoor seating and a four-burner gas BBQ. To the west is the railway line and to the east are glimpses of city buildings.

Yarraville Gardens are located approximately 1km away.
