$185/night based on 2 adults
$20 per additional adult
$10 per additional child (under 18)
Minimum 2 nights stay (Minimum stays may be increased during peak season)

Gamon Street rates

$185/night based on 2 adults
$20 per additional adult
$10 per additional child (under 18)
Minimum 2 nights stay (Minimum stays may be increased during peak season)

Anderson Street Rates

$195/night based on 2 adults
$20 per additional adult
$10 per additional child (under 18)
Minimum 2 nights stay (Minimum stays may be increased during peak season)

Payment

An initial rental deposit is required to secure the booking.

Deposit amount is calculated as follows:

Length of stay less than 8 days Full payment required

Length of stay 8 days – 14 days 50% deposit required

Length of stay 15 days – 30 days 33% deposit required

Length of stay over 30 days 25% deposit required

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy unless prior arrangement has been made to pay on arrival. If not we have the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it.

Check In/Check Out

Check in is from 3pm, check out is 10am. Late check-out or early check-in can be arranged by contacting us at the time of booking or prior to your arrival.

Special Arrangements

Pets – only by arrangement with us PRIOR to arriving.

Groups – No Schoolies. Max 5 persons at Yarraville or 6 at Seddon.

Babies and children are very welcome… we have cots, high chairs, toys and books available on request

Peak booking times

During school holiday and peak times the minimum stay may be extended. All other times 2 nights stay is the minimum. Please contact us for discounted pricing for extended stays over 4 weeks
