Welcome to 63 Gamon Street, Seddon!

Unpack and relax, feel at home in this comfortable fully-furnished serviced home conveniently located within easy reach of parks, restaurants, cafes and public transport. Just a short walk away is the thriving Seddon village. You can easily reach here by car or public transport from the Melbourne city centre or the airport.

The house contains three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have generous built-in wardrobes. All towels and bedlinen are supplied and if you are staying for more than a week we offer a cleaning service which includes fresh towels and bedlinen. One or two portacots and high-chairs can also be provided for babies and small children.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge room are at the rear of the house, overlooking the courtyard garden, which contains a sunny deck with an outdoor setting for six and a BBQ. The living area contains an efficient reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year-round comfort.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to six people in total. All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have generous built-in wardrobes. All bedlinen is supplied and if you are staying for more than a week we offer a cleaning service which includes fresh towels and bedlinen. One or two portacots can also be provided for babies and small children.

The first bedroom, at the front of the house, contains a double bed.

The second bedroom contains two single beds.

The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. This bedroom also has a door directly accessing the bathroom, thus creating an ensuite effect.

Bathroom

The light-filled bathroom contains a toilet, bath with a shower over it and a handbasin. It also includes laundry facilities, with a laundry trough, front-loading washing machine and a tumble dryer. Towels, toilet paper and hand-soap are all provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen overlooks the garden and is well equipped with all new cooking, serving and storage utensils, a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. You’ll be able to self-cater and enjoy the fresh produce and local products available in the Seddon and Yarraville villages.

Dining

The dining room contains a dining table and six chairs. The table can be extended to seat eight if so desired. There is also a bookcase.

Lounge

The comfortable light-filled lounge room is at the rear of the house, overlooking the courtyard garden. There are two two-seater sofas and two armchairs, as well as a 40cm television, a DVD/Bluray player and a stereo which includes an iPod dock. There is an efficient reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year-round comfort.

Outside

The courtyard garden has an inner-city urban feel, containing a sunny deck with an outdoor setting for six and a large umbrella. There is also a gas BBQ and a washing line.
